Increíble, el nivel de comodidad de la habitación fue genial, el restaurante y el desayuno estuvo increíble, además tienen el servicio de transporte del hotel, y si quieres hacer deporte de nieve solo puedes dejar el equipo en el hotel y la empresa que alquila los retira, por lo que no necesitas devolverlo en la tienda al momento de hacer check out

Fantastic winters break
Fantastic front of house reception & shuttle bus operators. Good location within walking distance to the centre. Breakfast was fantastic great range of food that changed daily. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable, plenty of storage space which is unheard of in Japan normally from my experience. Very comfortable bed.
Room service I’e cleaning of the room, didn’t get done for the first 4 days of our 6 day stay which is disappointing as I had spoke to reception more than more occasions, finally managed to speak with the blonde Austrian woman, who got it sorted. She’s fantastic at her job always full of smiles and could be more helpful.

Not Comingback because of the rules! But Great Hotel
Great View!!! Good location Clean property Affordable Comfy Bed Breakfast is great Nice place Good view 5mins to skiing But theres a shuttle that we enjoyed going around and enjoy the scenery and explore the place. Driver white guy is friendly. Housekeeping
RULES!!! Long story....Long day It takes as 19 Hours to get to this Hotel from our country Tired but happy and Exited! A smiling lady english speaking staff welcomes us And ask how's our day/flight. It was a warmth welcome But that happiness gone in an instant Upon explaining everything for Check In They ask for my passport and Credit Card for them to print and have a copy I gave it to them but Unfortunately i put a sticker on my CVV back of number of my CC Im hiding it so no one can easily use it The staff removing it. So i ask.. ITS A BIG NO NO FOR ME WHEN THEY ASK FOR MY THE CVV NUMBER THAT YOU CANNOT GAVE TO ANYONE! THE MANAGER EXPLAIN FOR THE PURPOSE OF IF SOMTHING I DAMAGE IN THE ROOM THEY WILL CHARGE! HE SAID THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY HOTEL THAT WILL ASK FOR THE CVV NOOOO!!! THIS IS THE ONLY HOTEL THAT I EXPERIENCED TO ASK FOR A CVV. Been traveling a lot lately i never experienced this! HE INSIST! I ASK IF THERES ANOTHER WAY HE SAID MAKE A CASH DEPOSIT THEY WILL RETURN IT UPON CHECK OUT BUT THE AMOUNT HE ASK IS UBSURD! SO MY VOICE WENT UP AND SO MAD SO TIRED,ITS LATE AT NIGHT! All WE WANTED TO DO IS REST! I HOPE THEY WILL DO SOMTHING ABOUT THERE RULES! I happen to witness with there other customer THEY WILL JUST GIVE THERE CC AND THE STAFF WILL PRINT IT AND ALL WHATS IN IT THEY CAN EASILY HAVE AN ACCESS TO IT! NOT THAT IM SAYING THEY WILL DO "SOMETHING" BUT IT JUST A PRECAUTION FOR US FOR THE UNATHORIZED USE! For the Manager still thank you for letting us stay
