Excepcional
Increíble, el nivel de comodidad de la habitación fue genial, el restaurante y el desayuno estuvo increíble, además tienen el servicio de transporte del hotel, y si quieres hacer deporte de nieve solo puedes dejar el equipo en el hotel y la empresa que alquila los retira, por lo que no necesitas devolverlo en la tienda al momento de hacer check out

What was the highlight of Always Niseko
Fantastic winters break
Fantastic front of house reception & shuttle bus operators. Good location within walking distance to the centre. Breakfast was fantastic great range of food that changed daily. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable, plenty of storage space which is unheard of in Japan normally from my experience. Very comfortable bed.
Room service I’e cleaning of the room, didn’t get done for the first 4 days of our 6 day stay which is disappointing as I had spoke to reception more than more occasions, finally managed to speak with the blonde Austrian woman, who got it sorted. She’s fantastic at her job always full of smiles and could be more helpful.

Personal war sehr hilfsbereit; Regelmässiger Shuttlebus ins Zentrum Hirafu/zu den Skiliften Niseko Hirafu; Hotel ist ruhig gelegen; Zimmer für einen längeren Aufenthalt optimal; Grosses Badezimmer; Viele Ablageflächen
Wir waren ein bisschen länger als 1 Woche da und Frühstück hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können; An einem Tag gabs kein Brot und an einem keine Butter.

Super fun
Staff are all awesome. Dealt with endless snow well and with great humour. Nice mix of expats and locals. Good breakfast system.
Wi-Fi not great. Need decaf in Restauarnt!!!!!and more fruit at breakfast for diabetics like me
