Good value for money.
The hotel was good value for money.
The bed was incredibly hard. The location was a bit out of town but the free shuttle bus was helpful.

Comfortable accommodation and lovely staff
Amazing staff. Comfy bed and clean facilities.
Car parking was a challenge. Restaurant wasn’t fully open yet even tho it was advertised as such.

Efficient shuttle to town
Restaurant inside the hotel. Shuttle bus runs every 30mins to town and the gondola. Large room compared to previous hotels around Japan.
No bottle opener onsite at the restaurant or front desk - can be an easy fix! No bath which was really disappointing. I couldn't tell by the photos and every hotel we had previously been in Japan had one. You can use the onsen at vale resort in town if you want to soak.

Super fun
Staff are all awesome. Dealt with endless snow well and with great humour. Nice mix of expats and locals. Good breakfast system.
Wi-Fi not great. Need decaf in Restauarnt!!!!!and more fruit at breakfast for diabetics like me
